Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments made to AdiStoreLimited are final and non-refundable.

Paid Campaign Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Web Design & Development
Social Media Management
Content Creation
Branding Services
Consultation or Strategy Sessions

Once the project is initiated, resources are allocated, schedules are reserved, and strategic work begins — therefore no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, change of business direction, or cancellation requests.

2. Refunds for Non-Delivered Services

If a payment has been made and no service has been initiated, delivered, or scheduled, the client may request a review for eligibility of refund within 3 working days of payment.

3. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors such as competition, platform policy changes, budget, audience behaviour, and market conditions. Therefore, AdiStoreLimited does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales outcomes.

No refunds will be issued based on performance expectations.

4. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to request chargebacks from their bank or payment provider.
Any attempt to initiate a dispute or chargeback will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in:

Service termination
Additional fees
Legal action
